Replenishment

The deeper healing that God wants to do in our lives will not happen with incessant activity. It can only happen through rest and replenishment. God wants to fill us from within with His life, joy and hope. For this to happen we must keep regular rhythms and learn to recognize when we are running on empty and need God's filling.
