Battling Popularity

The pull and the temptation to gain popularity is strong because our hearts crave acceptance, worth and significance. If we are to please God and complete the mission that He has given us then we need to battle against the current. The Apostle Paul charges Timothy with the essentials that he needs if he is to stay on course. We need them also.
