Worship in Prayer
Let’s join together as the church to declare our gratitude and lift our requests to God as we surrender together to His will for us. We are reminded that our prayers don't need to be limited to our gatherings on Sundays, we can pray together daily as the church! As you pray through these 6 areas, use this prayer guide (click here) to help your daily prayer focus all week long.
Give thanks and pray:
Worship Through Giving
Giving back to God is a regular expression of worship, gratitude and praise. See our giving options.
Offering Prayer: God thank you for everything that you have provided to us. We give back to you as an expression of worship, gratitude, and praise for who you are. You are a good good father. Thank you that through this challenging time, we are assured that we do not need to worry, but trust that you will provide for our needs. Help us to be generous with what you have given, and lead us into opportunities to bless and serve others with the resources you have given to us. In Jesus’ name. Amen

Growing a partnership across cultures is challenging, but deeply rewarding. For many years, Albright Church has been connected with the Church in the rural region of Gens de Nantes (GDN) in the North-East Department in Haiti. This past November, a small team from Albright travelled to Haiti to focus specifically on listening to our partners. Together with EMCC World Partners facilitators, and several of our partners; Frere Richard (Teacher), Mis. Ketely (Clinic Nurse), Herlynda (Partnership Facilitator), Hernso (School Director), Dr. Emmanuel (Clinic Doctor), and Dr. Sammy (Translator), Pastors Maccene and Abdon (AEM Pastors) we saw God at work in many ways.
Over the next few weeks, Joey, Lorna and Lindsey will be sharing their personal reflections through the blog. We encourage you to engage with the weekly posts, and learn more about the exciting things that God is doing through our partners. Use these posts as a way to learn how to pray more intentionally for our brothers and sisters in Haiti.
Today, the clinic continues to operate daily, accepting patients from within Gens De Nantes, as well as from regions surrounding it. The Clinic Staff have chosen together to remain open, taking the risk that they may contract Covid-19 from their patients as there is little PPE available in Haiti. Their heart is to continue to care for the most vulnerable in their community, and they are placing themselves in the will of God, trusting in Him for every need.
One of the other GDN leaders, "God can solve the problem of the [shortage of physical] resource we have, and provide when we use what we have been given to meet the needs of others around us".
Thank God that our partners are continuing to be faithful to Jesus and to their community in this time. Please pray that more PPE may be secured for the clinic staff to use daily. Pray that God will protect these frontline workers from infection, and that he may show much grace to them in His time.

Message - Pastor Sam Devine – The Crown of Beauty
The lyrics for this song can be found in the comment section on YouTube.
What choices are you making to grow deep into the soil of God?
What jewel in your crown of beauty do you need to see the most?
We are looking forward to celebrating Good Friday together this coming week. You are invited to prepare for communion in a new way. We encourage you to pick up bread/crackers and juice this week, or to use what you have at home that can be an appropriate symbol for you of the broken body and the shed blood of Jesus.
As part of the Good Friday order of service, we will be providing a written guide for reflection and participation in communion. Feel free to participate in your unique setting. Share communion as a family, as a couple, maybe as a Life Group over a zoom connection, or even share communion over the phone with a friend/family member at a distance. There are many ways to participate together, even if we are on our own.
