Greetings everyone. I hope you are well and looking forward to Spring. It has been encouraging to see viral case numbers dropping in our Province during the government health restrictions. The slight easing of restrictions for places of worship is positive as we look forward to meeting in person once again. We are not yet ready for this to happen but continue toward that goal.
Seeing the current Code Red indicator reduced will provide a comfort level for many. Having at least 30% capacity allowance will help in the provision of a volunteer base to manage the safe flow of people. Volunteer re-engagement and some re-training is necessary to provide the technical and practical elements of both in-person and online services. We want to do our best to serve the whole church body as we emerge from a year of constant learning and changing demands.
Thank you for your patience and trust as we try to transition safely and well to a new era of being the Church. I am excited by what God wants to do in us and through us! I am so thankful for our continued unity in Christ and all the practical expressions of love and support. Please pray for God's wisdom as we move forward and that we will continue to bring glory to His name.
